I have been practicing mindfulness for a number of years and I can share that in my experience I have noticed many different benefits – physical, emotional and mental.

My concentration and ability to focus for longer periods of time has significantly increased.

I am able to sit with my feelings and delve into a deeper inquiry which has helped me realise new concepts and perspectives that previously were not available to me.

Due to less physical tension in my body the frequency of my migraines that I suffered with for many years has greatly reduced.

The important part…. in order to reap the benefits of mindfulness, it requires daily practice and can be integrated into your day more easily than you can imagine.

Below is a short audio recording of a guided visualisation that can give you a taster of what it is like to experience a calmer, more grounded sense of being. If you would like more information or a 1:1 mindfulness session please get in touch.
