Natasha supports our employees to learn their Lumina Spark profiles which identifies different “qualities” represented by colours. Natasha holds individual and firmwide coaching and development sessions which our employees really value, particularly as Natasha provides practical tips and advice. This helps to evidence our cognitive diversity and it improves our self-awareness and communications making our teams more collaborative and improving psychological safety. I believe improving psychological safety creates a more effective and inclusive environment as it encourages our employees to speak out and to be comfortable to express divergent views thereby mitigating group-think.

Our Equity Derivatives trading department at SEB took the smart decision to hire coaches for the traders. As a trader it’s important to identify and also be alert and humble for one's own weaknesses.
